Return & Refund Policy

Due to each case being made to order, unfortunately we don’t accept returns.

However if your item is damaged on arrival we will replace it, or if we have made a mistake with your order we will send out the correct one. Shipping is borne by us. Damaged or wrong items do not need to be sent back to us.

You can request to cancel any orders placed, that are still awaiting processing and you will be refunded. If your order is being processed it is not possible to cancel your order.

If you have purchased a personalised/ custom phone case and it is processing, unfortunately you are not able to get a refund.

If you order the incorrect phone case for your phone model, we are unable to exchange or refund. Therefore please ensure you have double checked your phone model before placing your order.

If you have put the incorrect address on your order and it has already been shipped/dispatched, we are not responsible for what happens with the parcel. However, if the parcel is returned to us, we will not be asking for an extra postage fee.
